The role is incredibly collaborative and rewarding. As a Rehabilitation Counsellor, you will:

  • Assist individuals in their recovery, return to work and life following injury or illness;
  • Conduct assessments and case management services across various portfolios;
  • Support individuals to recover and return to their pre-injury or new employment using your clinical skills and knowledge;
  • Interact and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other stakeholders to drive positive outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling (ASORC) or Psychology (AHPRA registration);
  • A passion for Occupational Rehabilitation;
  • A current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check;
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities;
  • Honesty, integrity and a positive approach;
  • A genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
