We are seeking a highly skilled and community-focused Optical Dispenser or Assistant to join our team.

This role is ideal for an experienced Optical Dispenser or Assistant who is eager to grow and develop their skills in frame styling, lens advice, and customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Working as part of a team to deliver outstanding results
  • Performing general practice activities such as bookings, administration, and frame adjustments

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A background in optical dispensing or experience working in an optical setting
  • Familiarity with practice management software (advantageous)
  • A bright and bubbly personality with excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Sales experience, including building rapport and customer relationships
