Project Manager Job Summary

About the Role:

  • Lead complex assignments with outstanding growth opportunities
  • Develop and communicate design concepts to ensure project delivery
  • Oversee production staff and manage land development design and engineering

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all activities with Sr. Project Managers and the Division Manager
  • Business Development and Marketing, including networking and preparation of proposals and contracts
  • Manage Design Consultants and Clients
  • Research local regulations as they pertain to site planning
  • Incorporate design concepts into design development and work with the project team to produce construction documents

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of industry experience
  • B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline required
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software
  • Must be licensed PE in the state of NC
  • Excellent communication skills and experience interacting with clients, agencies, and other project stakeholders
  • Understanding and knowledge of applicable codes
  • Experienced in Project Management, including design cost control and quality assurance/quality control
  • Able to successfully manage staff both individually and as teams
  • Experience working with public agencies and private entities
