Job Opportunity
We are seeking self-motivated and driven individuals to join our remote customer service team as a Customer Service and Insurance Development Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong relationships, and providing excellent customer support.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for ensuring clients have the right insurance coverage for their needs. This includes account management, client management, client retention, and client support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Insurance Solutions: Offer insurance solutions to clients, promoting the benefits of our coverage options.
- Account Management: Manage client accounts to ensure they have the right insurance coverage for their needs.
- Client Support: Provide excellent customer support, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Financial Planning: Assist clients in planning their financial security through insurance products.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Must obtain a Life Insurance License.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Commitment to maintaining transparency and integrity in all interactions.
