Job Opportunity

We are seeking self-motivated and driven individuals to join our remote customer service team as a Customer Service and Insurance Development Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong relationships, and providing excellent customer support.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for ensuring clients have the right insurance coverage for their needs. This includes account management, client management, client retention, and client support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Insurance Solutions: Offer insurance solutions to clients, promoting the benefits of our coverage options.
  • Account Management: Manage client accounts to ensure they have the right insurance coverage for their needs.
  • Client Support: Provide excellent customer support, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Financial Planning: Assist clients in planning their financial security through insurance products.

Qualifications:

  • No prior experience required; training will be provided.
  • Must obtain a Life Insurance License.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Commitment to maintaining transparency and integrity in all interactions.
