Greenhouse Horticulturist

Seeking a skilled Greenhouse Horticulturist to join our team in Sydney's Northern Beaches

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain optimal soil quality and levels for successful plant growth
• Utilize hand and power tools efficiently
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods from the greenhouse
• Provide support to colleagues with daily operations and tasks
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of plant rotation and material management
• Contribute to administrative roles as required and assist in forward planning of the business

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

• Certificate 3 in Horticulture or equivalent experience is advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable and enthusiastic attitude with a commitment to teamwork
