Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a graduate in law. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with industry leaders in developing taxation and superannuation policies and legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the delivery of non-tax legal and dispute resolution services through the provision of procedural, operational and legal support
  • Analyse, interpret and apply legislation, policies, practices and precedents in the resolution of legal matters; under the direction of more senior employees or escalating cases where appropriate
  • Assist with managing disputes in a range of jurisdictions on behalf of the organization in relation to non-tax legal matters.

Requirements:

  • Completed university degree within the last five years or be in your final year of study
  • Must have completed all course requirements at the time of commencing the program
  • Australian citizen and willing to undergo police, character and health checks as required
