Nursing Professional for Elderly Care

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Enrolled Nurse to join our team at Yarrawonga Health. Our aged care provider is dedicated to delivering exceptional services to our elderly residents.
The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high-quality care, promoting the well-being and comfort of our residents, and working collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
About the RoleThis permanent part-time position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will be responsible for providing clinical care that meets the needs of our residents, while also being accountable for your own practice.
You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver individualized care plans, promote independence, and support the autonomy of our residents.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will require:
- A current Nursing Registration with Australian Health Practitioners Agency (AHPRA)
- Certificate IV in Nursing or Diploma of Nursing
In addition, you will need to demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of relevant legislation, and the ability to deliver high-quality clinical care standards.
