**Job Description**:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Key Performance Analyst to provide accurate and efficient reporting, ensure legal compliance, and assist with the daily reconciliation of gaming figures. The successful candidate will be based at our flagship Lidcombe venue and report directly to the Group Gaming Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Assist in the supervision, development, and leadership of all Gaming staff.
  • Ensure all staff adhere to and implement the clubs' risk management procedures associated with cash security.
  • Collate data to ensure compliance with all treasury requirements.
  • Prepare and lodge accurate returns, complete schedules relating to taxation, ensure all poker machines are licensed and approved as specified under the NSW Gaming Act, and accuracy in meter readings.
  • Ensure efficient and effective data entry management of all gaming-related data into the clubs' specified gaming management system.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

To be successful, you will have prior experience in a similar role, excellent computer skills, and a sound understanding of Microsoft Office suite. You will also require excellent time management skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent analytical skills and ability to work with data.
