As a clinical leader, you will play a key role in ensuring effective leadership and coordination of all aspects of healthcare delivery. This includes:

• Providing clinical guidance and supervision to healthcare teams including nurses, carers & allied health professionals.
• Developing patient care plans in consultation with residents, family members/caregivers and other healthcare team members.
• Promoting a culture of service excellence that aims to enhance the lifestyle experiences of patients.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information systems to support the provision of high-quality care.

Key Qualifications and Requirements:

• A current Division 1 Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA.
• Minimum 2+ years' experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Demonstrated expertise in healthcare governance, accreditation and quality improvement.
• Valid working rights in Australia (passport, birth certificate etc).
• Background checks and references.
• Current flu vaccination and COVID-19 vaccination.
