Dental Opportunities in Regional Australia

We are seeking skilled and passionate dentists to join our team in various regional locations across Australia.

As a dentist, you will have the opportunity to work in a modern and well-equipped dental practice, providing a wide range of dental services to patients in regional areas.

The roles can be based in Queensland - Cairns, Townsville, Mackay, Rockhampton, Gladstone, Bundaberg, Roma, Toowoomba, New South Wales and Australian Capital Territory - South Coast NSW, Armidale, Bathurst, Coffs Harbour, Foster, Lismore and the Northern Rivers, Tasmania - Hobart, Invermay, Victoria - Geelong, South Australia - Adelaide, Clare Valley, Port Lincoln, or Western Australia - Perth, Mandurah, Busselton.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnosing Dental Diseases: Using radiographs, salivary tests and medical histories to diagnose dental diseases.
  • Providing Preventative Oral Health Care: Performing periodontal treatments, fluoride applications and oral health promotion.
  • Restorative Oral Care: Providing implants, complex crown and bridge restorations, orthodontics and repairing damaged and decayed teeth.
  • Oral Surgical Treatments: Biopsy of tissue and prescription of medication.
  • Routine Orthodontic Treatment.
  • Restoring Oral Function: Removable and fixed oral prostheses.
  • Disease Diagnosis: Diagnosing general diseases having oral manifestations such as diabetes.
  • Patient Education: Educating patients to take care of their mouth and teeth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Dental Surgery or equivalent qualification recognised by the Dental Board of Australia.
  • Full registration with AHPRA.
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
