Job Overview
An ERA Business Consultant is a client-facing leader who combines industry expertise with core consulting skills to help businesses reduce overhead expenses. As an ERA Consultant, you will be working alongside industry specialists to identify, present and deliver cost reduction projects.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Cost Category Specialists to ensure successful completion of projects
- Use provided analysis to draw conclusions, develop pertinent and insightful recommendations
- Prospect for clients following ERA specific programs and systems
- Build long-term client relationships
- Manage clients throughout the whole cost reduction process
- Work as an independent Consultant within given structures and processes

Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Sales, Consulting, Business Development, Finance, Analytics or similar
- Comfortable talking and supporting senior-level executives
- Problem-solving skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Interest in cost reduction
- Analytical mind
- Independent work style, ability to manage your own time
- Great team player
