Financial Risk Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Risk Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of our risk management function, you will play a crucial role in providing operational and compliance risk advice to support strategic initiatives.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing risk assessments and recommendations to inform business decisions;
- Drafting papers for senior-level committees and forums to discuss risk-related topics;
- Contributing to the development and maintenance of risk management capabilities across the organization;
- Facilitating risk-based assessments for projects and business change initiatives;
- Supporting major programs of work to ensure effective risk management;
- Leading root cause analysis and implementing control improvements.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 6 years' experience in financial crime or regulatory compliance, or 6+ years in operational risk management;
- Strong knowledge of risk management principles and practices;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- A proven ability to lead and manage teams.
