About the Role

We are seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst to assist us with the further development of our in-house Field Service Management and Reporting system and integration into the corporate application landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide application support to SRG internal users
  • Liaise with internal business users and assist the Technical Lead on business process analysis & systems design
  • Assist in documentation of user requirements including user stories and acceptance criteria in DevOps
  • Support the Technical and Functional Leads in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Perform other duties as required
Requirements
  • Tertiary Education/Qualification in a Technology related discipline
  • 3 years' technical hands-on experience as an IT Business Analyst or user support of IT applications
  • Solid working knowledge of SQL
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in business process and systems analysis
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of a task
