This role involves providing support services that cater to diverse needs, including personal care, community access, and daily routines. Depending on your experience and interests, you may be working in clients' homes or in our purpose-built facilities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting clients with daily tasks and activities
  • Providing emotional support and companionship
  • Maintaining a safe and clean environment

You will have the opportunity to work with a range of clients, each with unique needs and experiences. You will need to be patient, understanding, and adaptable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Certificate III/IV/Diploma in Disability, Individual Support, Aged Care, or similar
  • Minimum 6-12 months' experience in disability, aged care, home care, mental health, or related fields
  • Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and boundary setting
  • NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, Driver's Licence, and insured vehicle
