About the Role

We're seeking a results-driven medical sales professional to promote innovative diabetes management solutions across Sydney South and NSW South Coast.

This role is responsible for all sales and promotional activity within a defined territory, collaborating with Specialist Endocrinologists, Diabetes Educators, Advanced Trainees, as well as General Practice and Pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Growth and Product Reach: Strategically manage your territory to maximize sales growth and product reach.
  • Value-Added Services: Advocate for value-added services that enhance diabetes management and patient outcomes.
  • New Business Opportunities: Work cross-functionally to identify and act on new growth opportunities aligned with market needs.
  • Education and Support: Provide in-depth education on the benefits and functionality of our diabetes solutions, ensuring comprehensive training and ongoing support.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on the latest product advancements, empowering healthcare professionals to make informed decisions.
  • Customer Service and Account Management: Actively pursue new business while delivering excellent customer service and robust account management.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activity, using insights to reinforce our unique value proposition within the diabetes care market.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Science or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a Territory Manager in the medical device or pharmaceutical field is highly desirable.
  • Strong business acumen, a customer-focused mindset, and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Technical and clinical proficiency, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively to healthcare professionals.
  • Exceptional communication and listening skills, fostering meaningful relationships with healthcare stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dedicated team committed to improving patient care.
