Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for planning and executing trade marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and sales.

Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and retail excellence.

You will also be responsible for managing in-store displays, windows, and layouts across wholesale independent retailers and major accounts. Additionally, you will lead project management of trade marketing campaigns, including timelines, budgets, stakeholder communication, and execution.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement trade incentive programs to drive customer engagement and sales. You will also coordinate product launches, roadshows, and retail activations to ensure high-impact execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in trade marketing and/or brand marketing, specifically within Retail or FMCG.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
  • Proficiency with Adobe products, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and XD.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver creative briefs that translate into effective campaigns.
  • Proven team player with an ability to develop quality cross-functional relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment under pressure.
  • Superior critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-first mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
