Job Title: Horticultural Specialist

About Us

We are an established residential landscape design and construction company based in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. We pride ourselves on our reputation for completing high-end residential projects.

About the Role

We are looking for a Full-Time Horticulturist/Landscape Gardener with a strong background in landscaping. A tertiary qualification within horticulture or currently studying horticulture is essential, as well as three years of industry experience and a White Card.

Key Requirements:

- Strong and physically fit person
- Ability to use all tools including hand and small motorized power tools
- Follow instructions and understand all OH&S procedures and requirements
- Demonstrate ability to work in a team and communicate respectfully and effectively with team leaders/members.
- Basic understanding of tool and landscape including hard and soft scapes
- A keen eye for detail

Preferred Qualifications:

- Current Driver's License (manual)
- Knowledge of plants, pests & diseases
- Based in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, or willing to relocate
- Background in residential landscaping

Duties Include:

- Assisting with maintenance in residential gardens and installations of new gardens.
- Working in pairs with a team leader in order to complete required tasks in a timely and efficient manner
