About the Role
Oyster People is seeking a seasoned Property Manager to lead our established rent roll of 165 properties. As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a dedicated portfolio, working closely with our Assistant Property Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Liaise with landlords to ensure timely communication and resolution of issues
- Oversee repairs and maintenance, ensuring properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations
- Manage arrears and negotiate payment plans with tenants
- Represent the company in QCAT proceedings, advocating for our interests
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 2+ years of property management experience, with a proven track record of managing a portfolio
- Australian Driver's Licence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
