The Role

We are seeking a Prize Manager Senior Leader to oversee the end-to-end management of prizes and prize homes, ensuring exceptional quality, supporter satisfaction, and financial sustainability. As part of our Lottery team, you will play a pivotal role in developing innovative prize concepts, managing projects, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver outstanding outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, sourcing, and delivery of prizes and prize homes within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build a pipeline of high-quality, market-driven Prize Homes.
  • Conduct market research to enhance supporter experiences and improve prize offerings.
  • Drive financial sustainability by managing budgets, delivering cost-saving strategies, and optimising processes.
  • Provide leadership to the Prize team, fostering a high-performing and engaged workforce.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and Endeavour Foundation's governance standards.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll bring a mix of strategic vision, operational excellence, and people leadership. You'll be passionate about creating unforgettable supporter experiences while maintaining a focus on financial and operational performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Lotteries or similar sectors, with expertise in managing prizes and prize homes.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.
  • Experience in project management, real estate, construction, and procurement.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and deliver financial outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits package
