Senior Technical Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Architect to join our team at Onset Group. As a key member of our technology leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our architectural direction and driving innovation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic architectural direction and drive innovation across the entire group.
- Lead the design and delivery of large-scale distributed microservices on cloud platforms.
- Work closely with engineering teams, providing technical and people leadership.
- Develop and implement a fit-for-purpose governance framework aligned with our broader architectural strategy.
- Produce architectures that meet business requirements, ensuring consistency and interoperability across the enterprise.
- Proven capability in designing large-scale E2E solutions and leading IT teams in a consumer-facing digital environment.
- Extensive experience with the Microsoft tech stack (.Net, Node JS, JavaScript) and a solid working knowledge of engineering and cloud platforms.
- Strong facilitation skills for planning, design, and change management activities, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Superior problem-solving skills and excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication abilities.
