Program Development Lead Role

The Program Development Lead is responsible for supporting the ongoing development and improvement of case management processes within a residential OOHC program.

This involves leading accountable operational process design in response to legislative and policy changes, fostering strong connections by collaborating with practice-facing staff, and modeling therapeutic communication that reflects respect and builds strong connections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement efficient operational processes in response to regulatory requirements
  • Cultivate collaborative relationships with practice-facing staff to embed new ways of working
  • Model respectful and therapeutic communication practices to build strong connections with stakeholders
  • Balancing case management systems to reflect best practice and operational realities
  • Develop clear procedures grounded in respect and trauma-informed principles
  • Maintain compliance with accreditation standards and sector requirements
  • Promote a culture of feedback, accountability, and connection through supervision and collaboration
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation while maintaining balance across the program
About You:
  • A relevant diploma (AQF 5) is highly desirable
  • Experience in Out Of Home Care (OOHC) is highly regarded
  • Skilled in case management and process improvement with a strong sense of accountability
  • Collaborative team player with a talent for building positive connections
  • Committed to quality standards, compliance, and continuous improvement
  • Proactive in audit preparedness and effective documentation
  • Strong communicator with respectful and person-centered approaches
  • Receptive to feedback and able to foster a constructive culture
