Leadership Opportunity: Business School Dean

We are seeking an accomplished academic leader to serve as the Dean of our prestigious Business School. This is a senior leadership position that will play a key role in shaping the future of our institution and driving excellence in business education.

As the Dean, you will be responsible for leading the development of business programs, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration, and ensuring alignment between campus operations and institutional goals. You will work closely with the Director of Teaching and Learning, the Director of Research and Scholarship, and other senior leaders to drive academic quality and achievement.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Contribute to the strategic planning and development of business programs
  • Lead cross-campus academic integration and innovation initiatives
  • Liaise with academic support staff to manage academic staffing, timetabling, and workload allocation
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks and standards
  • Lead performance reviews, professional development, and teaching quality assurance initiatives
  • Represent the Business School in local forums, industry panels, and recruitment events
