Job Title: Customer Service Representative

 

Job Description:

We're looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our sales team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service in-store with premium products. You'll work closely with your colleagues to achieve sales and KPI targets, process large volumes of stock, pick and pack click and dispatch orders, and maintain a positive attitude at all times.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have previous customer service experience, a commitment to providing exceptional customer service, and a passion for streetwear and sneaker culture. You'll also need to be able to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment, be self-motivated, and willing to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
