**Job Title:** Full-Time Retail Sales Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity to join Total Tools, a leading tool shop with a strong focus on customer service and product knowledge. As a Full-Time Retail Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining store displays.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Process sales transactions and handle customer payments
  • Provide advice and information on tools and equipment to customers
  • Support customer queries and offer solutions
  • Maintain store displays and ensure a well-presented store environment
  • Process and maintain customer orders

**Requirements:**

  • Previous retail and/or trade experience
  • Knowledge of tools and equipment, with a passion for the industry
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Comfortable with technology and computer literacy
  • Forklift license highly regarded
  • Availability for weekdays, weekends, and some public holidays
