Overview:
We are seeking an Experienced Travel Consultant with a specialization in air travel. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the air travel components associated with cruise bookings, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate airfare for pre-arranged cruise packages
  • Assist clients with flight modification requests
  • Facilitate upgrades to premium cabin classes as necessary
  • Ensure all client preferences, including frequent flyer information, are accurately recorded
  • Capable of booking intricate travel itineraries
  • Understand client requirements and propose optimal options within their budget
  • Provide precise information following the booking process
  • Comply with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:
  • Proficient in GDS systems (Amadeus preferred; Sabre/Galileo acceptable)
