Order Picker Role

We are seeking a skilled Order Picker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking and preparing orders for shipment using a voice-directed system.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Use a voice-picking headset to receive instructions for order selection.
  • Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to voice instructions.
  • Pack and prepare products for shipping, ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or carts as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
Requirements:
  • Previous warehouse or order picking experience is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work with voice-directed systems (training provided).
  • Must be able to lift 20kg repetitively and stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
