The Opportunity

  • A long-established and highly regarded developer/builder is seeking Contract Site Managers to deliver a series of upcoming commercial projects.
  • With a reputation for structured project delivery and strong industry relationships, this builder offers a supportive team culture and well-resourced sites that set you up for success.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing day-to-day site operations and subcontractor coordination
  • Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal project teams
  • Driving construction programs and meeting key milestones
  • Overseeing WHS compliance and safety performance
  • Resolving on-site issues and maintaining delivery standards
  • Cultivating a productive, respectful site culture
  • Leading from the front and supporting the broader team
About You:
  • You're an experienced Site Manager with a trade background and 2–6+ years' experience delivering commercial or industrial projects valued at $3M+
  • You thrive when given ownership and are confident managing subcontractors, safety, and delivery on a busy construction site
  • Clear communication and hands-on leadership skills
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach to daily challenges
  • Experience in regional or remote builds (advantageous but not essential)
  • Availability for contract work and flexibility to be based at one of the listed project locations
