Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to lead our coffee program.

About the Role:

  • Lead the coffee program and ensure quality and consistency
  • Manage daily service and support front-of-house team during busy periods
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with regulars
  • Assist in staff training, rostering, and stock management
  • Support operational duties as required

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a high-quality coffee program
  2. Lead by example and mentor staff members
  3. Improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
  4. Enhance customer experience and loyalty

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar Head Barista or leadership role
  • Strong barista skills and a passion for specialty coffee
  • Positive, calm, and solutions-focused under pressure
  • Confident leading a team and stepping into a management role
