We are seeking a Graduate Midwife to join our team, providing compassionate and responsive care to individuals in need. Our program is designed to support recent graduates in consolidating their theoretical and clinical skills into practice.
- This structured program includes a comprehensive orientation, paid professional development days, workshops, and debriefing sessions supported by a dedicated learning team.
- Upon successful completion of the program, you will be presented with a certificate of completion.
- The position involves 64 hours per fortnight, permanent part-time work at Mercy Hospital for Women, Heidelberg.
- Provide high-quality midwifery care to patients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and families.
- A Graduate Diploma in Midwifery.
- Current registration as a Registered Midwife (RM) or eligibility for registration.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
