Software Quality Lead

The role of a Senior Test Analyst entails leading system testing exercises, utilizing software testing tools and processes, and coordinating user acceptance testing for project and business as usual work.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee quality assurance testing activities to provide comprehensive recommendations on software quality.
  • Deliver testing services through the analysis of requirements, test design, test execution, and defect management.
  • Conduct, examine, and report on the responsiveness and stability of systems and their components under various workloads.
  • Engage in current and future projects encompassing data, service management platforms, cloud services, and ad-hoc testing.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Senior Test Analyst is required.
  • Proven expertise in performing structured and context-driven system, system integration, and regression testing within complex IT environments.
  • Experience in coordinating user acceptance testing and collaborating with automated testing tools such as Tosca is essential.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be able to communicate effectively and concisely with diverse stakeholders, and exhibit a deep understanding of software development methodologies and principles.
