Product Operations and Visual Merchandising Leader

Our ideal candidate will be an exceptional leader, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle and visual merchandising execution.
This role is part of the store leadership team and reports to the Store Manager. The successful individual will lead a team that executes critical product functions, owns the product lifecycle, and drives team performance and development.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure team members execute company-driven product-focused directives, projects, and initiatives in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
- Drive implementation of product and visual merchandising strategies, adapting for the store layout within company standards.
- Enroll leadership and educator teams on product and visual merchandising strategy, standards, and updates.
- Coach and develop team members in product operations and visual merchandising execution and standards.
- Monitor product levels and organize accurate, efficient inventory receiving and processing to sustain operational excellence.
- Ensure product operations follow company standards, including SOPs, and uphold merchandising standards that align with visual merchandising strategy.
- Oversee brand standards in key product stories, placement, and store navigation. Review business data to inform product strategy and actions.
- 1 year of experience in inventory management, stocking, planning, and logistics, or product/visual merchandising.
- 1 year of leadership or management experience.
- Full-time position, 38 hours per week.
- Roster-based schedule that can vary based on store needs.
- Shifts include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
