About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Fashion Sales Ambassador. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, meeting sales targets, and maintaining the highest levels of store presentation.

Job Description

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless transactions and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Consistently strive to meet store and individual productivity targets, driving sales growth and revenue.
  • Become an expert in product knowledge, fabrication, and personal styling to enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay informed about the latest products, enabling you to share valuable insights with customers and drive sales.
  • Contribute to the efficient operation of the store by effectively managing stock and implementing loss prevention measures.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards to uphold the brand's image.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for fashion and a natural ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering results and achieving targets.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands in a fast-paced retail environment.
