We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team on a casual basis at our Moonah Park Aged Care Service in Mitchelton. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with the Service Manager and Allied Health professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of individual clients' needs and develop care plans to ensure their well-being.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of care strategies and make adjustments as needed.
- Liaise with internal and external service providers to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation.
- A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience in residential aged care, with a focus on providing high-quality care to residents.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and direct personal care workers.
- A thorough understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
- A current National Police Check or ability to obtain.
