About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team on a casual basis at our Moonah Park Aged Care Service in Mitchelton. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with the Service Manager and Allied Health professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of individual clients' needs and develop care plans to ensure their well-being.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of care strategies and make adjustments as needed.
  • Liaise with internal and external service providers to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation.
Requirements
  • A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Experience in residential aged care, with a focus on providing high-quality care to residents.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and direct personal care workers.
  • A thorough understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • A current National Police Check or ability to obtain.
