AI Project Manager

Deliver AI Use Cases and drive innovation in a leading financial institution.

This role requires a Senior Project Manager to lead project activities, collaborate with departments, and ensure effective governance and delivery. The successful candidate will have advanced commercial acumen, continuous improvement mindset, and deep stakeholder management expertise.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex enterprise-level projects
  • Manage risks, stakeholders, vendors, and financials
  • Oversee resource capability, testing strategies, and team performance

Coaching and mentoring are essential skills for driving successful outcomes. We seek individuals who can address complex challenges, have a desire to learn, and are committed to achieving excellent results for our customers, business, and team.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record in project leadership and management
  • Advanced experience in agile methodologies and scrum mastering
  • Highly experienced Agilist with commercial acumen and stakeholder management expertise
  • Senior Project Management experience in large corporate settings

Relevant certifications, such as PRINCE2 or Agile Certified Practitioner, will be highly advantageous.

The ideal candidate will have exposure to AI use delivery and a keen desire to mature in this space.
