Role Overview
What to Expect in This Position:
- Providing expert environmental guidance on significant transport initiatives.
- Conducting on-site audits and inspections to ensure adherence to environmental regulations and management protocols.
- Supporting external stakeholders in investigating environmental incidents and offering assistance in all facets of environmental management and compliance.
- Engaging directly with clients to cultivate and maintain robust relationships.
What We Seek:
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to effectively support our Rockhampton team.
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Experience collaborating on-site with contractors and clients.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze situations and devise appropriate solutions.
- A solid grasp of Queensland environmental legislation.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science, engineering, geology, or earth science, along with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
- A valid full driver's license.
