Role Overview
What to Expect in This Position:
  1. Providing expert environmental guidance on significant transport initiatives.
  2. Conducting on-site audits and inspections to ensure adherence to environmental regulations and management protocols.
  3. Supporting external stakeholders in investigating environmental incidents and offering assistance in all facets of environmental management and compliance.
  4. Engaging directly with clients to cultivate and maintain robust relationships.
Qualifications
What We Seek:
  1. Adaptability and a proactive approach to effectively support our Rockhampton team.
  2. Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
  3. Experience collaborating on-site with contractors and clients.
  4. Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze situations and devise appropriate solutions.
  5. A solid grasp of Queensland environmental legislation.
  6. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science, engineering, geology, or earth science, along with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
  7. A valid full driver's license.
