Job Opportunity for Innovators

This position is a key component of our ANZ business, responsible for spearheading innovation and development projects while ensuring the consumer voice is heard.

We are seeking a strong leader who can drive innovation across cross-functional teams, delivering an innovative pipeline in a highly matrixed organization.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of technical requirements to deliver innovation across various product categories and navigate complex regulatory and quality implications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and driving innovation projects, collaborating with external sourcing teams to identify viable opportunities.
  • Delivering qualified innovation projects, successfully transitioning them into commercialization.
  • Providing technical support and project leadership for identified innovation opportunities.
  • Maintaining awareness of scientific literature and competitive intelligence to inform work progression.
  • Authoring technical papers and presentations to enhance personal and corporate reputation.
  • Leading due diligence on external innovation opportunities, delivering strong technical recommendations.

To be successful, you will need:

  • A degree in chemical, pharmaceutical, or related science (food science).
  • Prior experience in consumer-focused global healthcare products/brand management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to navigate complex organizational structures and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with external innovation and evaluating opportunities.
