Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Control: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Accounting: Lead the accounting function, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Financial Planning & Forecasting: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and models to inform business decisions.
  • Scenario Analysis & Business Case Evaluation: Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of business cases to inform strategic decisions.
  • Treasury: Manage cash flow, investments, and funding to optimize financial performance.
  • Financial & Project Accounting: Oversee financial management of projects, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Finance Systems, and Process Improvement and Automation: Lead the development and implementation of efficient financial processes and systems.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in finance, with a strong background in financial leadership and strategic planning.
  • Relevant degree and CA/CPA qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior management and negotiate outcomes.
