Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Steward to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be able to work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sterilize all kitchen equipment, including countertops, walls, stoves, ovens, grills, sinks, and cooking utensils.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of food storage areas such as freezers and refrigerators.
  • Receive and organize deliveries to the kitchen, ensuring that all stock is properly labeled and stored.
  • Support the chefs and other kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks, including cutting, peeling, and washing.
  • Remove kitchen waste and wash dirty dishes, maintaining a high level of hygiene throughout the kitchen area.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Kitchen Steward or Prep Chef.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
