Job Title: Student Community Development ManagerWe are seeking a highly motivated and organised Student Community Development Manager to launch and grow our online student community. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.Key Responsibilities:
  • Launch and grow a high-impact online student community, connecting thousands of students from Years 9-12.
  • Develop and implement engaging content strategies across various formats (video, written, etc.).
  • Host live events (Q&As, study sessions, webinars) to drive student participation and foster a sense of community.
  • Manage a team of academic moderators and content contributors to ensure high-quality content is delivered consistently.
  • Monitor student engagement trends and respond promptly to feedback, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Represent the organisation within the community, maintaining a positive image and promoting brand awareness.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling into tutoring, study guides, and membership programs.
Requirements:
  • Proven strong academic performance, with an ATAR of 85+ and high Band 5s or Band 6s in English and Maths (or equivalent).
  • Ability to create engaging and educational content in both video and written formats.
  • Strong written and video content creation skills.
  • Experience managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Discord, YouTube, or similar.
  • Genuine passion for community engagement, youth audiences, and education.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one).
This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to balance remote work with collaboration at our Chatswood hub, conveniently located near public transport.
