About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to join our customer service team as a Smile Journey Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting and maintaining new and existing patients to proceed with their smile makeover journeys.

Main Responsibilities

  • Motivate and promote patient participation in dental care through high-volume outbound calls and inbound calls.
  • Participate in the planning, treatment coordination, and follow-up for patient care.
  • Identify, review, and troubleshoot operational IT issues.
  • Review, develop, and implement standard business protocols.

Necessary Qualifications

  • A natural communicator with excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
  • Compassionate and adaptable with resilience to handle challenging conversations.
