About the Role

As a Transformational Banking Specialist in our Retail Banking division, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through meeting each customer's end-to-end banking needs.

This involves providing seamless branch services by meeting customers' transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and educating them on digital solutions. You will also contribute to increasing customer engagement and advocacy, creating real customer value, and actively participating in bank programs and initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you will bring a deep understanding of compliance and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A growth mindset is essential as we adapt to changing customer needs and market trends.

With a focus on collaboration, you will work closely with a talented team to deliver outstanding results and provide a positive experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and efficiently
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and goals

  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve customer outcomes
  • Actively participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes access to health and wellbeing services, discounts on selected products and services, and flexible working arrangements.
