Job DescriptionSalary:We offer an attractive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Role Summary:This permanent, full-time role involves leading both the Logan and North Lakes stores as the Market People & Culture Manager. You will be responsible for implementing the Co-worker Relations plan, securing the Global and Country People Strategy, and establishing a high standard of excellence within the Queensland market.
Key Responsibilities:- Implementing the Co-worker Relations plan to ensure a positive and productive working environment
- Securing the Global and Country People Strategy to drive business success
- Establishing a high standard of excellence within the Queensland market
- A minimum of 3 years of People & Culture experience
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in people manager roles
- Proven experience in working with staff budgets, coaching, and securing successors
- Experience in delivering learning and competence development for all co-workers
