Food and Beverage Service Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their experience is memorable.

  • Set up, stock, and maintain work areas to ensure a clean and organized environment.
  • Ensure thorough understanding of menu offerings including dietary requirements.
  • Engage guests in conversation regarding their stay and venue services.
  • Inspect cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silver before use.
  • Complete closing duties: store reusable goods, break down goods, clean equipment and areas, return equipment to proper locations, lock refrigerators, restock items, turn off lights, lock doors, and complete daily cleaning checklist.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.
  • Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures.
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards.
  • Use clear and professional language when speaking with others.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
  • Assist other team members to ensure proper coverage and prompt guest service.
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
