Job Title: Creative Futures Coordinator

The Opportunity:

  • We are seeking two agile and motivated thinkers who can help turn ideas into action.
  • You will work across the University, coordinating diverse initiatives, programs, and collaborative opportunities that drive ECU's strategic ambitions at the intersection of creativity, business, and technology.

You Will Bring:

  • Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives or programs in complex organisational environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement capabilities, including building strong internal relationships.
  • Proven ability to prepare clear, high-quality documentation, including presentations, proposals, process maps, frameworks, and reporting.

Familiarity with Higher Education Sectors is Desirable:

Benefits & Remuneration:

This full-time fixed-term position attracts remuneration of $100,512 to $112,622 pa, plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
