Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled dentist to join our team in Mackay, Queensland.

  • This is a full-time opportunity, Monday to Friday, ideal for a clinician eager to make an immediate impact within a supportive and experienced team.

Mackay is a coastal paradise in Tropical North Queensland, offering easy access to the Great Barrier Reef, the Whitsunday Islands, and the hinterland.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Providing high-quality dental care to patients
  2. Diagnosing and treating oral diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth and gums
  3. Performing routine cleanings, extractions, fillings, and other dental procedures
  4. Educating patients on oral hygiene practices and preventative care
  5. Collaborating with a team of dental professionals to ensure optimal patient care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent communication skills with both patients and your support team
  • Passion to learn and develop new skills expanding scope of works
  • Hold unrestricted AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance (or able to obtain)
  • Ability to work within Australia
