About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team of experienced professionals at Thrive Human Connections. As a Behavior Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering evidence-based therapy programs for children with Autism and developmental delays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and supervise evidence-based/ABA programs for children with ASD
  • Support families and provide guidance on behavior management strategies
  • Collaborate with a team of experienced therapists to ensure high-quality programs
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices
