Young Academics Early Learning Centre is a rapidly expanding provider with numerous centres across New South Wales. We are currently seeking passionate professionals to join our centre as Educators and Teachers.

About The Role

As an educator or teacher at our centre, you will create meaningful learning experiences and environments that reflect best practice and are aligned with our service philosophy. You will support fellow educators to build strong partnerships with children, families, and the community.

  • Develop and deliver a rich, engaging, and inclusive educational program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Support the team through intentional teaching, collaboration, and reflective practice.
  • Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and the team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain exemplary records and conduct comprehensive program evaluations in line with our policies and procedures.
  • Promote positive behaviour and maintain a safe, healthy environment that supports the well-being of children, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with laws, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our centre through active participation in our Quality Improvement Plan.
  • Use your voice to advocate for children, families, and the profession, enhancing our centre's professional identity.

About You

  • Bachelor's in Early Childhood and Care or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or Certificate III in Early Childhood and Care from a nationally approved registered training organisation or an ACECQA-approved childcare qualification.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and application of the National Quality Framework.
