Export Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Export Logistics Coordinator to play a vital role in the transportation and shipment of export consignments. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Export team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of work.
- Coordinate export workflow processes according to management directives, customer instructions, SOPs, and specified requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and service providers locally and overseas.
- Solve Export issues with various stakeholders, including airlines, shipping lines, transport providers, co-loaders, and customers.
- Enter data into CargoWise One accurately and efficiently.
- Prioritize export shipments from the Export Workbench to meet milestone requirements, designated KPIs, and deadlines.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in International freight forwarding.
- Familiarity and experience working with CargoWise One.
- Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to build strong relationships.
- Results-oriented and high attention to processing details.
- Able to seize opportunities and identify business growth areas.
