Advanced Surface Finishing Technician Apprentice

This comprehensive four-year apprenticeship program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the surface finishing industry. You will have the opportunity to earn your MEM30319 Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade (Surface Finishing) and develop expertise in mechanical aptitude, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
The apprenticeship includes a full-time contract with paid annual and personal leave, access to 1:1 mentoring, and opportunities to learn from experienced tradespeople. You will also be part of a team that values equality and celebrates diversity in all areas.
To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, be respectful, and enjoy problem-solving. You must also have a reliable vehicle and current driver's licence, as well as pass random drug and alcohol testing onsite.
The apprentice will work closely with experienced tradespeople and have access to advanced technology and strict quality controls. This opportunity will provide you with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the surface finishing industry.
