Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Vocational Assessor/Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team on a full-time, part-time, or casual basis.
This role will involve providing workplace rehabilitation services, including assessments, RTW planning, and client liaison.
The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer care and making a difference in people's lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment, and home assessments
- Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers
- Liaise with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to achieve outcomes that meet the needs of all parties
- Design, implement, and monitor programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce
